We are a futuristic movement that believes in the potential of science and technology to shape our future, which is why we want to construct a futuristic town that can demonstrate that. What we wish to do differently is design a community that can resist catastrophes caused by nature, since we unlike others, do acknowledge the planet's unpredictability, it means we understand that natural disasters can cause such disasters as tornadoes, ice storms, severe weather, and flooding. Too much rain and snow, or heavy winds, can topple and uproot trees, cause damage to homes and buildings, and cut off electricity, water, and telephones. Sometimes, violent weather can cause people to get hurt. Looking back on history, humans have repeated the same old mistakes by building the same old home designs after experiencing a bad storm. Now as far as why they do that can be influenced by a combination of psychological, economic, cultural, and practical factors. While it might seem logical to rebuild with more disaster-resistant designs, there are several reasons why most people fail to do that:

Despite these challenges, we want to rely on intelligence to build futuristic homes that are disaster-resistant, as living in this type of environment will allow you to feel at ease, especially when the unpredictable may happen. We, unlike others, will instead use floods or tornadoes in our favor as they will help to generate more power for our generators, as it is theoretically possible to extract energy from these natural phenomena or collect floodwater to use for homes using the newest technologies to treat and purify the water to make it safe for human consumption. We also know that there are risks but we will be devoted to applying all our intelligence to try to make it happen.
