When you woke up this morning, you found the world largely as you left it, you were still you; the room in which you awoke was the same one you went to sleep in. The outside world had not been rearranged. History was unchanged and still, the future remains unknowable. Another thing that hasn't changed is the fact that people, including other living things, die just as quickly as they are born.

If you’ve acknowledged this, it then means you are aware of this reality. A reality that was created before any living creature on the earth had even existed. Most humans do spend most of their life learning what reality is. Usually, most of them end up learning this lesson the easy way, while others end up learning it the hard way. Either way, both of them are going to be learning that lesson, except one of them is going to end up dying learning it.
